Training Course Bookings
By booking a place on a Deep Pressure Touch training course, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Bookings & Payment
Places on our training courses are limited to ensure that all participants receive appropriate support, practical training and course materials. Your place is confirmed once payment has been received.
Course fees include training, course materials and certification where applicable.
Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
Cancellations made within 14 days of booking will receive a full refund, subject to any statutory rights that apply to your booking.
After this period, course fees are generally non-refundable, as places are limited and we begin preparing training materials, resources and course arrangements in advance of the training date.
However, if you are unable to attend, please get in touch. Where possible, we are happy to transfer your booking to another colleague, member of your organisation or another suitable person. Any replacement attendee should be notified to us in advance and may be required to provide relevant booking information.
We will always aim to work with you where circumstances allow.
Changes to Training Dates
In the unlikely event that we need to change or cancel a training course, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide appropriate options, which may include transferring your booking to an alternative date or receiving a refund.
Course Attendance
Participants are expected to attend for the full duration of the training and to take part in the practical elements of the course where appropriate.
Deep Pressure Touch training is intended to provide education, practical skills and guidance. Participants are responsible for applying their learning appropriately within their own professional, educational or home setting and in accordance with relevant policies, consent procedures and safeguarding requirements.
General
We reserve the right to update these terms from time to time. The terms applicable to your booking will be those in place at the time of purchase.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law. Our services will be provided with reasonable care and skill, as required by law.
